50 Rules for Dads of Daughters {by Michael Mitchell}.

Found out I’m going to be a girl dad again and I couldn’t be more happy.  Truly blessed.  To have the one and only #paytongrayce and a little sister on the way.  Told @ladyavance last night, looks like we’re building a game-changing 800 relay.  Loved this blog today and just reminded me to savor the moments.

Can’t wait to teach my girls how to fish, hunt and throw a ball. If you click on the link at the bottom and read Michael Mitchell’s full article, I promise you’ll cry. (you were warned.)

4. Savor every moment you have together. Today she’s crawling around the house in diapers, tomorrow you’re handing her the keys to the car, and before you know it, you’re walking her down the aisle. Some day soon, hanging out with her old man won’t be the bees knees anymore. Life happens pretty fast. You better cherish it while you can.

5. Pray for her. Regularly. Passionately. Continually.

6. Buy her a glove and teach her to throw a baseball. Make her proud to throw like a girl… a girl with a wicked slider.
